This is second residential assignment from design studio.
That time, I still can't use any 3D program.
So I try to sketch to do this assignment.
First, I will tell you a bit of this assignment.
We have been asked to design a resort, which is located in Bali, this resort is not like a hotel resort, but it's more like a private villa.
Then, I decide to make my concept "HONEYMOON"
why I chose that to be my concept?
Because, I think most of people went to Bali to having their honeymoon. ^^
Below it's my moodboard, so what I want the resort to give feeling : romantic, sexy :P, this world is owned only by them :P, kind of fall in love feeling :P ^^
Let us see my sketches back at time to execute this project.
Above is the main entrance to the resort, it's like a hallway to the door. And I use woods as the arches, pathway, with candle lamps to make nature mix with romantic feeling.. hehehe ^^
Above is the living room of the villa.
Above is the bedroom for the honeymoon people :P
Above is the resort's deck, it's right in front of the living room and face to the swimming pool.
Well, that's all BEFORE I learn how to make it use 3D program.
But below is all the render pictures when I made it in 3D.
It's total different!^^

3D max really help me how to deliver my design!^^

Well, to deliver this assignments, I had so many difficulties.
Because, myself is not a romantic person, and challenged to make a romantic place is really a challenge! ^^
However, I satisfied with my work and I know I still lack of 3D program, and many more.
But I still learn. :D
For me, design is not only a job. Design is also a process.
We are as designer learn everyday, practice every time, and developed until then.
